Biologist with a sustainability specialisation. Consultant with a wealth of experience in social business, sustainability, communications, marketing, and organisational development. With an unwavering commitment to environmental protection and social impact.

Gabi Polanco

With a background in law and a current role as a product designer in the renewable energy sector, Gabriela is motivated by the prospect of creating digital products that make a positive difference in the world.

Tomi Scattini

Experienced Full Stack Developer with a passion for developing scalable, performant web applications. Skilled in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in modern web technologies. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and on budget.

Janine Ierullo

Illustrator with a passion for storytelling. With a degree in Literature and a postgraduate degree in Graphic Design, she brings a unique perspective to her work. Has contributed to a variety of creative projects, including short comic books, report publications, social media posts, and publishing events.

Daniela Calaça

Daniela Cario Biologist with a Master's degree in Environmental Education and a PhD in Ecology, Conservation, and Biodiversity. Works as an environmental consultant specializing in flora, with extensive experience in environmental licensing projects. Committed to sustainability and to promote a balance between human development and the protection of natural ecosystems.

César Leite & Bruna Lucheze

With a Ma. in Wildlife Filmmaking (BBC Bristol), César is a biologist and filmmaker specialized in working with environmental causes. Bruna is a biologist with PhD and found her passion connecting photography with science. Their passionate works are featured in conservation programs for BBC, Nat Geo, Netflix, Apple TV and more!

Luca Padovani

Communication designer and strategist with 20+ years of experience. Consultant for international organizations, such as the World Bank Group, UN agencies and the EU Commission, experienced in visual design, UX/UI, product communication, digital strategy, and data visualization. With an solid commitment to amplifying social impact and empowering mission‑led organizations.

Daniel Rugwiza

Passionate for tech, data, and design, Daniel specializes in creating seamless digital experiences. He brings a wealth of experience in Web development, Dashboard development, branding, and digital tool optimization.

Dom Ridout

Dom has extensive experience working with impact-driven organisations and businesses in both leadership and consultancy/creative support roles. He specialises in impact strategy and communication combining strategic analysis with a diverse creative skillset including conceptual design, data visualisation, web development, digital infrastructure and audiovisual production.
